You should have qualified 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board(45% aggregate of PCM/PCMB) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Computer Science/Biotechnology/ Physical education/Biology as optional subject.

This is the minimum eligibility to get admission into any colleges throughout the nation. But as per as your percentile it seems a bit difficult to pursue b.tech.

Depending on whether you're from reserved/unreserved category, the minimum marks for admission in B.Tech. will vary.
The eligibility criteria is passing in 10+2, or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology or any technical vocational subjects as optional with a minimum of 50 percent aggregate.
For reserved categories, the relaxation in percentage to about 40-45 percentage.
It will be tough for you to be eligible for B.Tech. admission if you're from general category.
