You have a good rank in eamcet. I would prefer you to opt Computer Science and Engineering branch and make it yoir priority and if you don't then I prefer you to take Electronics and Communication Engineering for B.Tech course. Because engineering gives you more platforms for you career rather than becoming an engineer or scientist you would become a developer in any of the programming languages.

B.Tech is a vast course with huge amount of knowledge and interest embedded in itself. And you might have also heard that computer science and engineering is the easiest branch with lot of technologies and variety of career platform. In other words, if an individual is opting B.Tech (CSE) his 4 years of time would never be wasted and his knowledge would never be in vain.
