Hello Aspirant,

I regret to inform you that with such low rank you may not be able to fetch a seat in computer science engineering in any of the NITs as the rank range for this branch below 13k roughly.Do not loose hope you may go for some other branch which intrests you or you can take long term and try next time.You have many other alternatives.
