i have got 96.7 percentile and of open category rank is 37170 and under ews category i got 4727 where can i get ece group

According to your mentioned rank you have high chances of getting CSE or ECE at NIT Meghalaya, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Delhi , NIT Goa and other core branches at the old NITs.

I got 3835 rank in jee main ews category and 30190 rank in jee main 2019 can I expect to get CS branch in svnit in home state quota
