Dear Aspirant, EWS is newly introduced category so nothing can be said about its cutoffs. According to your CRL, you can get following colleges for CSE branch:-
1.NIT Sikkim
2.NIT Nagaland
3.NIT Manipur
4.NIT Mizoram
5.NIT Hazratbal
6.NIT Meghalaya
