As you have qualified in NEET UG exam and have allotted a seat in KIM super speciality hospital and Medical College and research Institute in Andhra Pradesh though it is a private medical college but have reputation for medical education is very good. As you have joined this college and if you  have not paid the  fees then it is possible for you to appear for the second phase of counselling for betterment of your seat in a government or private Medical college in Andhra Pradesh, then it is possible  for you for appearing for the second phase of counselling for betterment of seats.
