The minimum eligibility criteria for BITSAT is that, the candidate must have obtained an aggregate of 75% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology in class 10+2 along with 60% each in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. Your 11th marks doesn't matter here. If you fulfil the eligibility criteria, then you can write BITSAT.
