Dear Jay, you need to contact the helpdesk and get it corrected immediately. If there is a discrepancy in the details in the admit card and in the document that you are carrying as identity proof, you will not be allowed to appear for the exam. You will find the helpdesk details on the admit card itself. Send them a mail and get it corrected.
