Yes definitely you can appear for session 2 of JEE-Main 2022 even if you have scored negative marks in session 1 and best of the two results will be considered for final result or rank calculation.

Now very less time is remaining for session 2 of JEE-Main so it is recommended that you should now focus on solving previous year question papers either with or without solution. See if you are unable to solve questions without seeing the solutions then it is completely ok you can see the solutions but after seeing the solutions you should understand it thoroughly about what concept has been used there to solve that type of question.
