As far as I'm concerned, there won't be any spot round counselling in the case of IITs. Spot round is usually held for NIT/IIIT/GFTI. And, that too, if a lot of seats are vacant. So, the cutoff for spot rounds won't give you an idea about your chance of getting a seat.

So, the cutoff for spot rounds won't give you an idea about your chance of getting a seat. And, if JoSAA or CSAB holds a spot round for IIT, almost every student will show up for that. So, your chance of getting admission is very less.
