If you appeared in Jee Advanced this time and you qualify that, then you can get a chance for Architecture in IITs.
But for NITs there are very limited seats for your rank. Mostly seats are under state quota and for that too you would have to wait up to last round.
These are as follows:

NIT Patna(Home State)
NIT Rourkela(Home State)
NIT Raipur(Home State)
BITS Ranchi(Home State)
Shri mata vaishno devi, Jammu (Open)
