Individual subject marks are not considered in NEET entrance exam.

You have scored total 54 marks in chemistry. I believe you have passed the subject. The only eligibility you need to fulfill is to score minimum of 50 % aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary examination from a recognized university.

If you have scored 50% aggregate, you need not worry and you can give the exam.
