Dear student,

Yes you are eligible for neet.

The eligibility criteria of neet mentions that candidate's m arks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects and should be above or equal to

  • UR - 50%,

  • OBC/SC/ST - 40%,

  • PWD - 45%

So if your percentage in class 12th crosses this limit then you will be eligible for neet. Also you can get your sc certificate issued otherwise you will be considered as a general candidate and then you have ti score a minimum of 50% marks in class 12th.

Hello Aspirant,

For SC caste the candidate should have valid caste certificate along with caste validation certificate otherwise you will not be considered under SC category and you have to enroll yourself under UR category and enrolling under UR category requires at least 50 % marks in PCB class 12th but you have got only 48% which makes you ineligible for NEET because to appear for NEET 2021 if you must have passed your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% separately in theory as well as practical part for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. Also note that in your curriculum English subject should also be there. If you get your SC validation certificate then you can enroll yourself under SC category and then you are eligible for NEET or you can get it by the time of admission then also you can apply for NEET under SC category.

As there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years on December 31st 2021, if all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021.

Dear Student,

Yes, you are eligible. For Sc/St the minimum percentage is 40% in aggregate of PCB since you do not have the caste certificate right now don't worry you can fill the application form but you will need to produce the same at the time of allotment of college otherwise you will not be considered under SC category and will be considered as general category student and then you will not be eligible because your percentage is 48% for general category the minimum percentage required is 50%.For detail information visit below
