I got poor mark in meet can get MBBS on management quota

You need to pass the given cutoff range to be eligible for neet admission which was 135 marks for General category.

So yes if you have got 135+ and you can afford a deemed university costs(fees will be around 15-20 lacs per year)  then you may get admission through management quota.

You can think of taking a drop as well and coming back next year with more better marks. But then you need to dedicate the next year very strongly.
