Hi ! No you can't get any government institute with this rank. Well forget about nit, IIIT and GFTI too. You can only have admission in non centralised government colleges. It includes Jaypee( bit tough for you) and CV Raman or any state government colleges which have low weightage on JEE main rank. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
