Well very less chances if you are from other state quota , but with state quota you stand a chance at civil,chemical and ece and eee(acc to previous years cut off though this is subjective might shift a bit lower or go higher)

The policies will be published in detail by April 2019" (so depends on how many candidates with jee main scores apply and how much cut off they decide acc to seat availability).So up until last year, Amrita University took admissions based on AEEE scores. But for 2019 session, it has confirmed that there will be two channels of admission selection. Candidates will now be able to either apply with their AEEE 2019 scores or with their JEE Main 2019 (January and April session) marks.So we cannot predict anything utill they release cut off percentile, again depending  on how many candidates with jee main scores apply and how much cut off they decide acc to seat availability
