You got Rank 4 in IPU CET for M.Ed, which is a great rank! But since you missed the last date for submitting the counselling fee, you won’t be allowed in the current round. Still, don’t lose hope. IPU may start spot counselling for vacant seats. Keep checking the official IPU website daily. Also, try contacting the IPU admission helpdesk or email them explaining your case. You might get another chance through spot round.
