The cutoffs usually are about:
1) under 6000 for vellore campus
2) under 12,000 for Chennai campus

As you've scored much below, you must try for Electronics and Computer engineering branch at VIT CHENNAI campus. Or various other branches at Bhopal and Amravati campuses.
