 Be aware that Amrita University gives preference for State Quota, so if you belong from any of the 3 states (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala) you will be entitled to your State's Quota as well.

Please note ECE , CSE , IT are the most preferred fields of study, so people tend to fill up the positions faster. In my opinion, it's really difficult with your rank. If you opt for Bangalore or Amritapuri campus, the chances are slim with State Quota. But if you opt for Coimbatore Main Campus, its relatively impossible to secure a seat.
