I am assuming that you got 14000 rank in jee main , if in any case i have misinterpreted your question pls comment below and i will answer accordingly, NIT's dont offer aerosopace engineering programmes, you have to sit for advance if you want admission in IIT's , IIST etc ,with a rank of 14000 in jee main the best college's you can get admission into is

1)PEC chandigarh(highly recommended considered to be in top 10 aerospace engineering colleges in india)

2)HITS Chennai

3)LPU Punjab

4)PCET, Coimbatore

5)Amrita School of Engineering
