i got saifai medical college in first couselling i took admission by submitting fee. they did not tell me anything about paperwork for upgradation how to upgrade my college and will my submitted fee be refunded if i get an upgraded college

Hello Aspirant,

See as you have mentioned in the question the the seat in a medical college has been allotted to you in Round 1 of NEET Counselling but you want to upgrade further so don't worry because if you want to upgrade your seat in Round 2 then you can go for it. If you get upgraded seat in Round 2 of NEET Counselling then your current seat will automatically get cancelled if you accept the new and the amount you have paid for earlier seat will be refunded to you within few days.
