The final result for JEE Advanced 2019 cut off has not yet been released by institutions, however keeping in mind last years cut off record and your rank, there is a good probability for you to get an IIT with a few selective branches which may include computer  science, civil and metallurgy and materials, however you need to wait for final list to be released, here i will be putting a link and you can analyse yourself probable branches and IITs offering them.

• CSE:- IIT Goa/ Palakkad/ Dharwad / Bhilai/ Jammu
• ECE:- IIT ISM Dhanbad/ Bhubaneswar
• EE:- IIT Ropar/ Jodhpur/ Mandi/ Patna
• Mechanical:- IIT Ropar/ Jodhpur/ Mandi/ Patna/ Dhanbad

Your rank is decent enough to fetch you admission in IITs. Though you might not get branch of your desire. Below is the list of all such IITs which you might get:
