Yes you can surely get refund of the paid at a college if you for a seat in different college. The fee you are paying for college after first round or second round of councelling is Refunded completely if you cancelled your seat. Refund of the extra amount which is difference of fees of Colleges you get between first and second councelling is given back to your account.
