Both CSE nad ECE are good branch.ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc) communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much. CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. So you must make your choice based on your. As ECE is an evergreen branch. You can get both Government and private jobs in this branch. CSE is mainly for private job. Placement of CSE in many Colleges is too much good. But there is too much rush in CS E branch. There is much competition in CSE. So your final decision must depends on your interest .
