Hello Samykya, 

No college can force it's students to stay in a hostel. It is completely the student's choice. Migrating students choose hostels for cheap, safe and convenient accomodation. However, if you do not want to stay in the hostel and want to stay separately with your parents, no college will stop you from doing so. Simply dont apply for the hostel and you can stay with you parents.
