You need to again appear in 2020 neet, as the score of one year is applicable for that particular academic year only. Only if you are able to clear the cut off marks for neet 2020 , then you are surely eligible for foreign institutes of medical science.
Marks of previous examinations are not acceptable. You need to produce the marks of current year along with yourself when applying for admissions.
