It sounds like you're facing an issue where Career360's app isn't recognizing your earlier payment for the college predictor tool. Here's what you should do:
Login with Same Account Make sure you're logged into the app with the exact same email or phone number you used when making the payment.
Clear Cache or Reinstall App Sometimes the app may not refresh correctly. Try:
