Hi,as per my knowledge,the equivalent courses to that of class 12th is a diploma course (mostly people choose diploma in polytechnic after 10th).

You can either opt for a two year diploma course if your diploma institution and your 10th board are of same state,otherwise,if the states are different,you can opt for a three year diploma course.

There are several number of diploma courses that you can opt for instead of pursuing a +2 level such as diploma in commercial art,graphic design,fashion or if you want to pursue career in engineering,you can opt for IT, electronics, mechanical and some other options include medical laboratory technology, operation theatre technology etc.
