Dear Gunjan, you havent mentiomed your Category or the State you belong to. This is because PSG is a Private Medical College and Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counseling and they only participate in State Counselling. If you are not from Tamilnadu, you cannot appear for Tamilnadu State Counselling. This is just not for Tamilnadu but for all States. You can only participate in State Counselling of the States that you hold domicile of. The rest you need to apply through Management Quota.
