No, If you did qualify the JEE main exam this year then those marks will let you give JEE advanced this year only. If you are not able to give JEE Advanced this year then next year you need to qualify JEE Main again in order to be eligible to give JEE advanced next year. However if you did qualify JEE main you have options like NITs, IIITs, GFTIs, and other state counselings.
