It is not possible to change your mail ID and phone number after you have submitted the form.

Though the correction window will open from 5th to 10th April.

Mostly you have no choices to edit the application. Anyways to make the changes happen then you need to contact SRM University through email. By checking the details then will reply you back with in you few days to get changes corrected.
