Yes of course it shall get refunded within 5-10 working days . If this doesnt happens then do call on the helpline number or irctc and soon you will get your money back with a nominal charge deducted from that which is as per the days left i.e., the number of days before which you cancelled ticket or if it was general or tatkal.

If tatkal then no money shall be refunded.
