I wish to apply pgecet 1050 rupees were cut from my account but my first step is incomplete my money not refund can I apply it again

If your amount deducted from my bank account and stillIf your payment status is showing not fulfilled then you should wait for few days as you would get your money refunded back into your account by 7 working days. And also you can check your payment status after few hours it might get updated. if your money is refunded to your account then you can surely fill another application form
