Hello Ravi,

Basic qualification required for giving NEET exam is that student should have cleared 10+2 with PCB subject and score minimum 50% marks in case of general catagory and 45% marks in case of reserved catagory. 

So i think your eligible for neet exam.

According to my view, you may not fall under the eligibility criteria as you have PCB in 2 different years of board examinations whereas according to the criteria you should have given boards under PCB in a single year.
