You see that on the screen because the application registration process and the correction process have been officially closed. The next course of action is the release of admit cards. If you have filled in all the details correct to your knowledge and you have the confirmation of the changes you made to the application form, there should not be any reason why your application shoud be rejected. What you see is quite normal.
