Hi Aspirant 

You have passed higher secondary in PCM and biology  not even as additional subject it is quiet impossible for you to apply for any medical entrance exams .The very first eligibility criteria for any medical entrance is :10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

PCM Student cannot take admission in MBBS under any circumstances, for taking admission in MBBS you need to have biology as one of the subjects.
