Incorrect form filling is considered as a defaulter case, and there is no official information to undo or overdo the same. You can contact the help desk though, but be prepared for the rejection too. I'd suggest you to apply for some other colleges as well, just for the safe side. Put all the efforts that you can for the same, atleast you won't regret it in the future.
