The only way is that you need to need class 12 again from science stream.

If you want to repeat class 12 and wants to change your stream then you have to opt for another board. You cannot repeat the class 12 with different stream from same board. So, it would be better if you do it from NIOS(National Institute of Open School). You can pursue class 12 from Science stream from NIOS and can pursue any science course of your desire. You can go for any other board also as per your preference.

The only way to get a marksheet of science stream is that you need to do your class 12th again with science stream, if you have previously done your 12th with Commerce then there is not any other way then to do your class 12th again with science stream subjects you find more interest in.
