Hello Sakshi,
If you have done HSC in PCMB then you can take direct admission to diploma 2nd year by lateral entry. You can also choose any field in Diploma. Yes, you can take computer engineering in diploma. In Pune there are many good colleges, you can take anywhere. All are good.
