Yes it will create problems during counseling and verification process.
You should contact the exam committee.
And mail them your problem .
As soon as possible.

Yes it matters, your date of birth must be same in your 10th,12th certificate and in your application otherwise your candidature will be cancelled later on. So if you've filled it wrong then get it corrected as soon as possible by contacting cbse or by visiting cbse office. Take it seriously.

Thanks for answering.And please answer one more question,If i fill it correct in the form of second jee mains, and i get more marks in second exam, then it will cause any issue?

May or may not be why not contact cbse and spend a 5 min talk with them. Rather that worrying a lot and getting into trouble.
