APPLY FOR ICT (Institute of Chemical Technology). It is the best college for chemical engineering, even better than NIT's for chemical branch.The main campus is in Mumbai. They have started two new branches . One in Jalna and the other in Bhuvaneshwar.  The chances are high! So don't miss that college. You may not get the Mumbai campus but you may get into Bhuvaneshwar or Jalna. Else you may also join in some NIT and and slide your branch after your second semester!! Good luck :)
