Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
With 6700 rank in OBC NCL Category in JEE Advanced 2019, you can get admission in IIPE Vishakhapatnam but only in the later rounds:-

Round 4 Chemical Engineering cutoff:- 6866
round 4 Petroleum Engineering cutoff:- 6648
