The cutoff marks required depends on the branch in which you would wish to join and the category in which you fall( like general, or obc, or sc/st)

The cutoff range for general category would be around (198-200) for obc around ( 195-199) and sc/st around (180-190)

It mainly depends on the course, this is a rough estimate around which it could be.
