Hello aspirant, 

If automobile engineering was your first choice during filling the application form of counselling and CSE was your second choice then their is no chance of getting seat in CSE but you can apply for vaceny seats of CSE after counselling. And if CSE is your first choice and automobile is second then there is chance for getting seat in CSE if seats are available.
