Once a mistake is done then it can't be corrected , especially when it is jee advanced and they don't allow to correct academic details apart from personal details.

But you should probably contact the organisers and tell them the problem. They will definetely do something. I think that it shouldn't cause much problem , as during councelling they match your name , dob , and personal details , so it shouldn't cause any problem.

Still my suggestion contact the respected authorities , they will tell you a solution.
