Your problem is you have not written full name in jee main form according to JEE mains instructions. Every examinations when the form fill up submission last date is over then there is a option for every student to correct the mistakes if they have done in the form fill up of JEE mains examination.  Correction can be done against mistakes is done through the  correction window in the scheduled date and time. You have to enquiry about the time and scheduled date of this correction window and appearing before the correction window you can correct the mistakes you have done in writting your name in Jee mains form fill up.
