Hi

You are not eligible for TGT science.

The eligibility for TGT science is

1. Four years integrated degree course of regional college of education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject as well as the aggregate

or

2. A bachelor's degree with 50% above or more in the concerned subject as well as the aggregate with the combination of Zoology, botany and chemistry.

The candidate should be BEd and CTET qualified too.

Hope this helps.
