You didn't state the full details about your application form and the mistakes you made. In oder to fill another form you will have to register again with a new email id and mobile number. You cannot use the previous account and phone number again. This will take more time. I would suggest you to fill the form for now. You will get a chance to make corrections in the form when the correction window opens. You will notified from NTA for the same. It would be better if you reframe your question and tell us about both the mistakes you did so that we can tell you if they can can be corrected or not. Because, only certain mistakes can be edited. Not all. You can even contact the NEET UG helpdesk for the same. Hope you understand.
