You can try applying applying for some private colleges or universities but as you are searching for some government college, then you can try applying for some state technical universities through entrances like Reap, Upsee etc. 

These technical universities have some government colleges with limited number of intake through the their examination. 

These colleges have seat allocation through Jee score and score of technical universities' entrances and they are really very prestigious and reputed colleges so you can try applying for those..
