Correction window has closed so now you cannot change your obc ncl certificate but no worries what matters is that during counselling your certificate should be as per the format prescribed by Josaa which is available  at its official website the link for which is provided below

What you need to do is simply download the above format fill it on your own and then get it signed by the officials from where you got your OBC certificate made and then carry it during counselling.
